It’s the end of 2022 and we’re excited to review a bit how the year went.
We’re seeing a continued increase in private company fundings over three years now:
2022: $3.4B
2021: $2.3B
2020: $1.8B
2022 did get a big boost from the recent Series E funding of Anduril of $1.5B. The data does show a solid spread of fundings at each stage.

Series A: 12
Series B: 10
Series C: 5
Series D: 2
Series E: 2
Series F: 1
This is promising to see early stage companies continue to get funded and we’re excited to see what 2023 holds for the region.
