Hey friends, I hope you are staying safe and healthy. It’s been crazy huh? Are you finding new routines? I am getting back into running, typically taking a break from 12-1:15 to run, stretch, shower, and have lunch. We are hoping that sharing our resources below and on social is useful but please reply with anything else we can be sharing and we’ll help get the word out.
